Administrative and Claims Processing System Upgrade

Neighborhood is committed to investing in solutions that better support our customers and business. As part of our pledge to provide excellent customer service to the members and providers we serve, Neighborhood successfully completed a significant upgrade to our core administrative and claims processing system to a more current version of the software.

Although this upgrade largely supported improving internal business processes, our provider network will notice refinements, as well.  Neighborhood will continue to seek ways to improve doing business with our valuable provider partners and we thank you for your continued dedication to our members.
